I teach intimate classes of maximum 8 women, blending traditional yoga with gentle, flowing movement. Each session focuses on your individual needs while maintaining a supportive group energy. We combine mindful movement with meditation and energy work, creating a comprehensive practice that nurtures both body and mind.

How often are meditation sessions?

Morning meditation starts at 7:30 AM, with evening sessions at 7 PM daily. Each 75-minute class provides ample time to settle in and explore your practice deeply. Choose between single sessions or monthly memberships. Private sessions are available for personalized guidance.

Is restorative yoga suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. These classes welcome all experience levels, with gentle movements and clear guidance throughout. I provide modifications for every pose, helping you discover what works best for your body. You'll learn to move intuitively and safely, focusing on how poses feel rather than how they look.

What should I bring to class?

Come in comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. I provide all necessary equipment - mats, blankets, blocks, and bolsters. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and connect before we begin. For meditation sessions, consider bringing a journal to capture your insights.

What's your class size?

I intentionally maintain small groups - maximum 8 people for yoga and 12 for meditation. This allows me to offer personal attention while fostering a supportive community atmosphere. Students often share that this intimate setting helps them feel more comfortable exploring their practice deeply.
