I was working in the fashion industry for 13 years during this time I learned how important stress management is and how crucial it is to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately we are still living in a world where more than half of the employees experience an unhealthy level of stress at their job which in most cases leads to a burnout. To improve physical and mental health of your employees action has to be taken to create a sustainable, healthy work environment.
